Sylvan Construction was established in 1986 as a licensed, bonded and insured, (including workers compensation) Construction Company in New Orleans, Louisiana. We are a “New Construction” Framing & Roofing Company equally versatile in Commercial and Residential settings.  We have several experienced work crews available to complete from start to finish the project on time with an emphasis on quality.

We are experienced with all Frame Building materials (Metal, Structed Insulated Panels and Traditional). We have successfully completed many Commercial and Residential Properties both here in Louisiana and in other states, Maryland, Florida and North Carolina in particular.

Our commercial per square foot prices is $4 per square foot….

Our Residential per square foot is $5 per square foot with an additional $1.50 per square foot for floor systems, beams and sills.
